Steel cutting ceremony of one 25000DWT IMO II CHEMICAL/PRODUCT TANKER with hull No.: MD096-25000CT-06 was held on July 16th,2010 in Nantong Mingde Heavy Industry. This is the sixth one of 25000T serial tankers and belongs to Anthos Shipping Co. Limited. At 11:08 a.m. the vessel was formally started and witnessed by owner representatives, DNV surveyor and shipyard management.
The length overall of this vessel is 176.4m, breadth moulded is 27.4, depth moulded is 15.0m, design draught is 9.2m. Equiped with main engine of Wartsila NSD 6RTA 48T-B her service speed will be 15.5 knots.
