Occupational health and safety is one of the key measures of our production. We are in material compliance with all requirements imposed by such laws and regulations. We have adopted measures such as fire prevention, explosion prevention, and work safety for our production facilities to minimize the risks of accidents and injuries. We have also established standards on each of the above areas as part of our operational procedures. Protective equipment and clothing are available at our work sites, and we regularly check whether the equipment is being properly used. As of 30 June 2008, we had a team of nine employees responsible for safety management, reviewing our internal safety procedures including work safety education, and continuously monitoring the implementation of our safety policies.
We organize induction training and occupational safety training for our staff. All of our equipment operators must be properly licensed, and our safety management staff must be certified by the relevant safety regulatory authorities. In particular, work-safety ear plugs and masks are distributed to our employees for protective use during the production process. We also require our subcontractors to comply with all of our occupational health and safety standards and measures. We require that our subcontractors possess appropriate qualifications in their contracted tasks and in production safety. We also make contributions to work-related injury insurance for our employees as required under the relevant PRC laws and regulations. In addition we obtained other occupational health and safety insurance for our employees.
During the track record period, we did not experience any material fire or industrial accidents, serious injury or death to personnel, and did not receive any claims for material damages due to occupational hazards or injuries.
