| Nantong Mingde Heavy Industry Stock Co., Ltd, incorporated in Octomber
2004,situated at Wujie Town,Tongzhou District ,Nantong ,Jiangsu Province, is a
fast-growing private-owned enterprise ,concentrating on newbuilding of ships
,offshore projectd and ship repairs. It has owned an investment of approximately
$200 million investment since its establishment .Mingde is located at the
northern bank of the Yangtze River in Nantong, Jiangsu province, spanning 1600
meters riverbank line and covering an area of more than 1,334,000㎡. A river bank
divides the whole yard into two sections: the inside section, and the outside
section. The outside section comprises slipways, dry docks, painting workshop
and outfitting quays. The inside section consists of fabrication workshops,
assembly workshops, steel processing workshops, piping workshop, electrical &
mechanical processing workshop, outfitting workshop, warehouses, comprehensive
office building and living quarters.

Slipway No.1, 180m long, 30m wide, equipped with 2 gantry cranes with
capacity of 300 tons each. Slipway No.2, 150m long, 28m wide, equipped with 2
gantry cranes with capacity of 100 tons each. Slipway No.3, 220m long, 53.8m
wide, equipped with 2 gantry cranes with capacity of 200 tons each. Dry dock
No.1, 350m long, 98m wide, equipped with 2 gantry cranes with capacity of 600
tons each. Dry dock No.2（Planning stage）, 350m long, 98m wide, equipped with 2
gantry cranes with capacity of 300 tons each.Five outfitting quays have total
length of 2500m and maximum water depth of -12m.

Mingde has an annual steel manufacture capacity of 300,000 Tons currently. We
have adopted a vertical integration of blocks construction, painting and
outfitting. Our main products are high-tech vessels, such as Chemical Tankers,
PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carrier), Off-shore Service Vessels and large vessels of
up to or over 300,000 DWT and our marketing feature of “Top-class customers
、Top-class vessels” is showing up.
