depend on internal employees and minimize the use of subcontractors.
2. We opened our own professional training school not only to
educate new employees but also to provide continuing education to skilled
workers.
3. We also pay attention to provide education to college
graduates in an effort to help them meet theories with practices.
4. By sending its employees to learn from outside and
inviting experienced people from the industry, we have been successfully
improving employees’ abilities.
5. Most of our production positions require professional
certificate.
